Welcome to the Westminster College student health insurance plan website.

All Full-time students are automatically enrolled at time of registration, unless proof of comparable coverage is provided by completing the waiver link below.

You may review the student insurance brochure at uhcsr.com. Waiver requests must be processed by January 31, 2017. No waiver request will be accepted after this date. Your account will be charged for the student insurance unless your waiver request has been approved.

Submitting a waiver request:
  • You will need your Westminster College student ID number and an email address that you can be reached (preferably your Westminster College email account) to verify your entry to the waiver card site.
  • Your waiver request must be completed in its entirety. You will be asked detailed information about your current coverage, so have the following available:
    • Insurance company name, policy/group number, insurance company contact information.
    • Policy holder’s name, address, telephone number, and date of birth.
  • You may not make changes or re-enter the waiver once it is submitted.
  • Immediately after completion of the waiver, you will receive a confirmation of approval or denial via email. Please retain this email confirmation for your records.


  • The waiver period for your school has not started or it has already ended. Please contact your school for more information.
